I keep forgetting how much you can learn by shamelessly imitating artists who are better than you.

Also, this gives me a perfectly reasonable excuse to watch 101 Dalmatians over and over again.

    ALWAYS a great idea! Don't forget to try some poses of your own once you have warmed up to the character, because that is what will really help you remember the style.
